Dr. Lauren L. Davis, MD, is a board-certified sleep medicine specialist and pulmonologist with over 35 years of experience. She earned her medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University Chicago Medical School in 1988 and completed her Internal Medicine residency, followed by a Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine fellowship, at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. Dr. Davis has been practicing in the Covington and Hammond areas of Louisiana for over 25 years. She is the founder of Pontchartrain Sleep Medicine, a clinic specializing in the evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders, with locations in Covington and Hammond. Throughout her career, Dr. Davis has been affiliated with multiple hospitals in the region, including St. Tammany Health System-Main Campus and North Oaks Medical Center. She is a diplomate of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and a member of the State Advisory Board for Polysomnography. Dr. Davis is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population.
